Phill
Table Phill is designed for the Dutch Design Academy in Eindhoven by Studio Parade. When finished it appealed to Spectrum so much, that was decided to standardize sizes and finishes and take PHILL in collection.
What makes this table special are the open compartments on both sides of the top. Widths of these compartments vary, which enables to store books and magazines, but also a laptop, candles and/or other table accessories.
Phill is a dismountable table and it's very easy to adjust the height. This is done by the stainless steel pen, which can be put in the table legs at several height positions.
The table top is finished with an oak veneer or a laminate top.
The steel parts of the legs are lacquered in white, off-white or antracite. The round leg part is made of solid oak. The table is always finished with a matt lacquer.
Standard combinations of the PHILL table are:
- Laminate white, steel leg parts RAL 9003 white, wooden leg parts natural oak
- Laminate brown-grey, steel leg parts Sikkens E8.10.40 brown-grey, wooden leg parts natural oak
- Laminate ceramic / off white, steel leg parts Sikkens F6.06.74 off white, wooden leg parts natural oak
- Laminate antracite, steel leg parts Sikkens F6.03.20 antracite, wooden leg parts stained antracite
The length of the table top, so the side of the open compartments, always has a solid oak edge, which is finished in the same colour as the wooden leg parts, also when the top is covered with a laminate.
